Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of robinsfurniture.net (the "Site") and all purchases made from Robins Furniture ("Robins Furniture," "we," "us," or "our"), 1451 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, whether online, by phone, or in our store. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

Products, pricing, and availability

We try to show products, colors, dimensions, and prices accurately. Because screens vary and many pieces use natural materials such as wood, leather, and fabric, actual color, grain, and texture may differ slightly from photos. Product dimensions and weights are approximate. Please measure doorways, stairways, and rooms before ordering.

All products are subject to availability. Some items ship from our suppliers and may have longer lead times; any delivery estimate we give is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a new date, or a full refund.

Prices and promotions may change without notice and do not apply to prior purchases unless we say so. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after we have confirmed it.

Price match. We will match a lower advertised price on an identical item (same manufacturer, model, and finish) from a local brick-and-mortar retailer, verified at the time of purchase. Price match excludes clearance, closeout, floor-model, open-box, auction, and marketplace listings, as well as financing offers and bundled promotions. [Confirm or edit these exclusions.]

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and charge your payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery addresses we cannot serve. If we cancel, we will refund what you paid.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Georgia sales tax and any applicable local taxes are added at checkout. Orders not paid in full in advance require a deposit of [X]% to place a special order, with the balance due before delivery or pickup. [Confirm your deposit policy.]

Financing. Financing and lease-to-own programs are offered by third parties: Kafene, Koalafi, American First Finance, Acima, Affirm, and Wells Fargo. Approval, rates, fees, and terms are set by the provider, not by Robins Furniture. Your financing agreement is between you and that provider. Some programs are lease-to-own agreements rather than loans and may cost more than the cash price; read your agreement carefully before signing.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery area and fees. We deliver throughout Georgia. Local delivery is free on orders over $1,999.99 within 20 miles of our store; other orders and locations are charged the delivery fee shown at checkout or quoted by our staff. We do not currently ship outside Georgia.

Scheduling. We will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult 18 or older must be present to accept delivery. If no one is home at the scheduled time, or we cannot complete delivery because of access issues, a redelivery fee of $[X] may apply.

Access and site conditions. You are responsible for clear, safe access to the room of placement, including pathways, stairways, elevators, and parking. Our team may decline to move items if conditions are unsafe, or if an item will not fit through doorways or stairways without risk of damage. We are not responsible for damage to items that do not fit because of measurements you provided, or for minor damage to walls, floors, or doorframes that occurs despite reasonable care when access is tight. Please remove fragile items from the path beforehand.

Pickup. For in-store pickup, bring your order confirmation and photo ID. You are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting your items; our staff may help load as a courtesy but are not responsible for damage once items leave the store. Orders not picked up within [X] days of the ready date may be charged a storage fee of $[X] per day or returned to stock less a [X]% restocking fee.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the items are delivered to you or picked up by you.

Cancellations, returns, and damage claims

Inspect at delivery or pickup. Please inspect every item before our team leaves or before you leave the store, and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, by calling (478) 922-4087. We will repair, replace, or credit the item at our option.

Cancellations. In-stock orders may be cancelled for a full refund before delivery or pickup. Special orders and custom items may be cancelled within [X] hours of purchase; after that, the deposit is non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges. Undamaged items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within [X] days of delivery or pickup, subject to a [X]% restocking fee and any delivery and pickup charges. Customer pickup of a return is $[X]. The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

Mattresses and bedding, for health and safety reasons, unless covered by the manufacturer's comfort guarantee
Special-order and custom items
Clearance, floor-model, open-box, and "as-is" items
Items that have been assembled by the customer, used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts or tags

Refunds go back to the original payment method within [X] business days after we receive and inspect the item. For financed or lease-to-own purchases, refunds go to the financing provider. [Fill in or confirm your return windows and fees.]

Warranties

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, such as warranties from Ashley, Coaster, or Nectar. Terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will help you file manufacturer warranty claims for items purchased from us. Warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, commercial use, pet damage, stains, or damage from moving the item yourself. Extended protection plans, if purchased, are governed by their own terms.

EXCEPT FOR THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES DESCRIBED ABOVE AND WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW IT, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND ROBINS FURNITURE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Items sold "as-is" or as floor models carry no warranty from us.

Accounts and use of the Site

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes:

Breaking any law
Placing fraudulent orders
Scraping or copying content
Interfering with the Site's operation or security
Uploading harmful code

Intellectual property. The Site's content, including text, photos, videos, logos, and design, belongs to Robins Furniture or its suppliers and licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions. If you submit a review, photo, comment, or idea, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You must own the content you submit, and it must not be false, offensive, or unlawful. We may remove any submission.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBINS FURNITURE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robins Furniture and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Other terms

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.

Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and your order confirmation or sales receipt make up the entire agreement between you and Robins Furniture. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
